Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmednagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and leadership
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
