Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention
Ability to identify and onboard new clients (hospitals, families, elderly clients) and maintain long-term relationships.
Lead Generation
Efficient in generating leads through hospitals, clinics, referrals, online platforms, and field visits.
B2B & B2C Sales Experience
Skilled in dealing with both individual clients (families of patients) and institutional clients (hospitals, elderly care centers).
Target-Oriented Approach
Focused on achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Healthcare Industry Knowledge

Understanding of Home Care Services
Well-versed in services like nursing care, GDA (General Duty Assistant), physiotherapy, elderly care, ICU-at-home, etc.
Basic Medical Terminology
Understanding of basic healthcare terms to confidently speak with patients families, hospitals, and doctors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from similar field and experience.
