Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective business development, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to drive growth.
  • Plan and manage sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development to ensure consistent flow of leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning and strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Sales Lead Generation techniques including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a proven track record in sales leadership roles.
