Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to plan strategies accordingly.
• Ensure proper display and demonstration of vehicles to customers.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Sales Manager in the automobile sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams efficiently.
• Knowledge of Honda products and the two-wheeler market will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
