This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Development Sales Manager (South) at SHEMROCK Group of Schools. In this role, the individual will identify and engage potential franchise partners, manage the end-to-end franchise development sales process, and meet regional growth targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating franchise agreements. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with franchisees, ensuring successful onboarding, and offering ongoing support.
