Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Headmistress at Shemrock Group of Schools in Guwahati. The Headmistress will be responsible for daily management of the Preschools and Schools in North East India, overseeing curriculum development, ensuring the highest standards in education and pedagogy, and leading and mentoring the teaching staff. The role also involves regular communication with parents, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children, and implementing educational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy
• Experience and expertise in Educational Leadership and Education management
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote team
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
