Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, Confectionery, Beverages, and Alcobev.
Conduct sales forecasting to project revenue, market demand, and growth potential.
Track and analyze sales performance to ensure achievement of targets and identify improvement areas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage and guide sales teams to drive productivity and ensure successful execution of business plans.
Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to strengthen business partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer deliverables.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and business growth opportunities.
