Company Description Kayla is a Kerala-based company specializing in custom mobile app development. We help clients from various industries bring their app ideas to life by offering full-cycle mobile application services — from planning and design to development and support. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition and help us reach the next level. Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in selling services — especially digital or software services. Your role will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present Kayla’s mobile app solutions in a compelling way. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach businesses or individuals needing mobile app development. • Pitch Kayla’s app development services and convert leads into clients. • Collaborate with the development team to provide accurate proposals and estimates. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Represent Kayla in meetings, calls, and local business events when needed. Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in service-based sales (preferably IT or digital services). • Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English. • Understanding of mobile app trends and the ability to explain solutions to non-technical clients. Strong experience in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in market research and data analysis Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Show more Show less
