Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Semiconductors, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the semiconductor sales division. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also lead negotiations, manage sales team performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in semiconductor sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor market trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
