Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets with the help of Sales team.Sole creating business opportunity, business expansion & Project Launch.Identifying sales opportunities while interacting with customers and set the target for sales team and time commitment for targets.Will be completely responsible for converting leads into potential customers & build up long term healthy relationship with them in terms of business transactions.Following up regularly with the sales team & clients to achieve sales goals and generating new business from existing customers.Preparing product presentations and demonstrating the same to team and clients.Will take an active role in educating & training and development of associates.Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.Ability to close sale deals with the regular follow up after site visits.Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targetsCollecting customer feedback and market research.Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
