You have a job opportunity for the position of Project Manager with the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Studying drawings, tender, and specifications to administer the project accordingly. - Forecasting the requirement of resources. - Ensuring compliance with planning, organizing resources, and setting quality standards. - Monitoring project execution progress and highlighting deviations for proactive measures. - Minimizing wastage of construction material. - Coaching subordinates to develop team capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Must have 10-16 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Education: Civil Engineering Degree / Bachelor's Degree. - Good communication, presentation, organizing, networking, leadership, and team motivational skills. - Strong logical, analytical skills, and good business sense. - Should be reliable, a team leader, self-motivated, and well-disciplined. - Ability to work under pressure. - Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language. - Work experience in High Rise Building and structural background.
