Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rajkot at Satyam Petroleum. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will lead sales teams, monitor market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of the automotive and industrial oil lubricant industry Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Experience in the automotive or industrial lubricant sector is a plus
