SANPAR Industries, established in 1994 and headquartered in Bangalore, India, is a leading provider of thermal engineering solutions. With expertise in compressed air treatment, SANPAR offers products such as refrigeration and desiccant based compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, air/gas after coolers, moisture separators, and condensate management systems. SANPAR also specializes in water/oil/air chillers and industrial air conditioning systems, including dehumidifiers and precision air conditioners for sterile and environment control applications. The company actively participates in government projects related to Aerospace & Défense concepts.



We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Director


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute sales strategies

    to achieve revenue and market share growth in compressed air treatment solutions across India.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team

    , ensuring performance targets and professional development goals are met.
  3. Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners, dealers, and distributors

    to strengthen market penetration.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients

    , ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

    to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams

    to develop campaigns, technical presentations, and solution-based sales approaches.
  7. Oversee key account management and contract negotiations

    , ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
  8. Report regularly to management

    on sales forecasts, team performance, and strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

  1. Proven track record of

    sales leadership in industrial equipment or compressed air treatment solutions

  2. Strong

    pan-India market exposure

    with expertise in channel/dealer and direct sales.
  3. Exceptional

    team handling and leadership skills

    , with experience in building high-performing sales teams.
  4. Strong

    negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management

    abilities.
  5. Ability to

    analyze market trends, develop strategies, and deliver results

    in competitive environments.
  6. Solid understanding of

    technical sales, industrial applications, and solution-based selling

  7. Willingness to

    travel extensively across India

    to engage with clients and partners.
