Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and close residential/commercial real estate sales (flats / villas / plots)
- Lead a team of Sales Executives
- Manage site visits and client negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
- Maintain CRM and follow-up with leads
Required Skills:
- 2-7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong negotiation & team handling skills
- Experience in residential/commercial projects mandatory
- Local Noida/Delhi NCR market knowledge preferred
Salary: 2.5-7LPA + Incentives (Negotiable)
Working Days: 6 days
Joining: Immediate / 15 days preferred
