Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team,

developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue

targets. This role involves identifying new business

opportunities, building strong client relationships, and

ensuring excellent execution of sales processes.

Department- Sales

Salary 23K- 1 Lakh In hand (depend on your interview and last salary)

Working Day – Monday to Saturday

Location- Faridabad

Experience – 2 to 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve

company goals.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor

activities to identify opportunities.

Forecast sales performance and prepare

monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve

high performance.

Set clear performance goals and track KPIs such as revenue,

conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and

training sessions.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential

market segments.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer

relationships.

Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals.

Sales Operations

Ensure the team uses CRM systems effectively and maintains

accurate records.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to

align strategies.

Oversee pricing, proposals, and contract procedures.

Customer Engagement

Address customer queries, handle escalations, and ensure

customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking

opportunities to represent the company.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

(MBA preferred).

5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a

leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving

abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS

Office.

Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven

decisions.
