1️ Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000

Profile: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, achieve targets, and drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.
• Identify and acquire new clients in both B2B and B2C segments.
• Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, marketing campaigns, and company promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business.
• Handle high-value negotiations and deal closures.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and explore new market opportunities.
• Ensure timely CRM entries for all client interactions.
• Support payment follow-ups for major clients.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of sales experience (printing/signage/advertising preferred)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Graduate degree required.
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Proper computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM updates, internet research)

2️ Sales Field Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Profile: We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Field Executives to expand our client base, promote our services, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients in the assigned area to generate new business.
• Handle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Present and explain our printing and signage solutions to prospects.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of field sales experience
• Good communication & persuasion skills
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Proper computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM updates, internet research)
