Job Description – Sales Manager (Modular Kitchen Division)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Modular Kitchen division. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modular kitchen products, materials, market trends, and customer handling. They will drive sales, manage client relationships, lead the sales team, and ensure revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the modular kitchen category
  • Generate leads through architects, builders, interior designers, and direct customers
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable kitchen solutions
  • Present product options, materials, finishes, and design concepts to clients
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and influencers
  • Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry stage to project handover
  • Handle client queries, issues, and revisions promptly

3. Team Management

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives/designers
  • Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer communication

4. Coordination with Design & Factory

  • Work closely with designers for layouts, 3D presentations, BOQs, and final design approvals
  • Coordinate with production/factory teams for measurements, feasibility checks, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure the smooth execution of modular kitchen projects

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain sales dashboards, lead trackers, and client reports
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and brand visibility

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 3–7 years experience in Modular Kitchens / Interiors / Furniture Sales (preferred)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of modular kitchen materials: MDF, particle board, laminates, hardware, appliances, accessories
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
