Sales Manager – SaaS (Veterinary / Healthcare CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inside & field sales team (build team if not yet present)
• Define sales targets, KPIs, and monitor individual/team performance
• Generate qualified leads through outbound strategies and partnerships
• Present, pitch, and demo VETnum to veterinary clinics and hospitals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Develop sales scripts, sales funnels, and onboarding materials
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment
• Conduct regular competitor & market analysis
• Maintain CRM system for tracking pipeline and conversion rates
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sr. Sales Executive in SaaS/CRM sales
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer acquisition
• Experience managing a team of 4+ sales executives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
