Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karnal for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals to achieve objectives, and preparing detailed sales reports. The Sales Manager will participate in promotional and marketing activities to expand market presence and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong expertise in communication, relationship management, and team leadership
  • Ability to actively collaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional activities
  • Competence in preparing and analyzing detailed sales reports, forecasting, and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Prior experience in the bathroom fittings or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to be based in Karnal and travel as required
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
