Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic plans, and expand our client base.

Responsibilities & Skills

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytical tools.
