• Lead and scale Revopay’s business across the state
• Build, manage, and mentor State/Cluster/ASM teams
• Drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth & market expansion
• Set targets, track performance, and ensure execution excellence
• Manage channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders

Cluster Head

• Handle assigned clusters/districts within Haryana
• Recruit, train, and manage ASMs & sales teams
• Achieve monthly onboarding & revenue targets
• Ensure compliance, quality onboarding & team productivity

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• Onboard merchants and expand local market presence
• Manage field sales executives/agents
• Achieve sales targets and ensure service adoption
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

• Experience in

  Fintech / Banking / Payments / Telecom / BFSI

  sales
• Strong leadership, team-handling & target-driven mindset
• Excellent local market knowledge of Haryana
