Job Description

Position Description:

Relationship Manager (Broking)

is primarily responsible for managing relationships specifically for brokers and driving business through them.

Scope of work:

Achieve monthly topline targets for the non-motor portfolio (Fire, Marine, Accident, Home)
Recruitment and relationship management with brokers as per target set
Ensure month on month activation of brokers.
Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch
Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
Try Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter.
Coordinate with brokers and agents for policy issuance
Analyzing and resolving the rejections of policy related issue.
Closely monitoring open receipts and recoveries and closing them on time.

Professional Experience:

2-6 years; GI Experience in agency or broking is preferred.
