Sales Manager - Retail Broking

As a Relationship Manager (Broking), you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with brokers and driving business through them. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving monthly targets for the non-motor portfolio (Fire, Marine, Accident, Home), recruiting and managing relationships with brokers, ensuring continuous activation of brokers, and handling daily reports and MIS for the branch. You will also be responsible for resolving discrepancies raised by the Underwriter, coordinating with brokers and agents for policy issuance, and analyzing and resolving policy-related rejections. Additionally, you will closely monitor open receipts and recoveries, ensuring timely closure. To excel in this role, you should have 2-6 years of professional experience in General Insurance, preferably in agency or broking. Proficiency in Basic Excel will be essential for this position.
