Role Summary
We are seeking a relationship-focused Sales Manager to strengthen engagement with existing customers, understand their business needs, and build long-term loyalty. You will also be responsible for generating leads, improving satisfaction levels, and driving cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their business and improving communication.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and work toward increasing satisfaction and share of business (SOB).
  • Create new leads for cross-selling and upselling across product lines.
  • Drive new business development within existing product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive insights.
  • Promote brand awareness through customer interaction and industry networking

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate degree required; Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • 2–8 years of B2B experience in customer-facing sales or relationship management roles.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer understanding with the ability to interpret unspoken needs.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and deal closure.
  • Time management and ability to consistently meet customer expectations.
  • Good knowledge of product application, usage, and customer industries.
  • Honest, soft-spoken, and relationship-oriented personality.
