Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, team leadership skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Identify and generate new leads through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and property site visits.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing training and feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts.
• Manage negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,534.70 - ₹30,086.59 per month
