The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our Property Theatre , explaining project details to walk-in and call-in customers, and assisting in generating leads and follow-ups for site visits and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Attend and greet walk-in clients at the Property Theatre . Explain the company's real estate projects in a clear, confident, and convincing manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads. Share brochures, pricing, amenities, and project USPs during customer interactions. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain lead data and update follow-up status regularly in CRM. Answer queries related to property location, RERA details, payment plans, and possession timelines. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions. Assist in promotional events or project expos organized at the Property Theatre. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction . Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred. Prior experience in real estate telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory). Good command over Hindi and basic English . Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and customer relationship handling. Energetic, confident, and presentable.
