Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team at Realmaker Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our Property Theatre, explaining project details to walk-in and call-in customers, and assisting in generating leads and follow-ups for site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and greet walk-in clients at the Property Theatre.
• Explain the company's real estate projects in a clear, confident, and convincing manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
• Share brochures, pricing, amenities, and project USPs during customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain lead data and update follow-up status regularly in CRM.
• Answer queries related to property location, RERA details, payment plans, and possession timelines.
• Provide regular feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions.
• Assist in promotional events or project expos organized at the Property Theatre.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good command over Hindi and basic English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and customer relationship handling.

Energetic, confident, and presentable.

Work Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:300 PM | 6 Days Working (One weekoff)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
