Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Sector 63, Noida Experience : 3-5 years Industry: Real Estate Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities : ~Team Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets. ~Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share. ~ Lead Generation & Conversion : Oversee lead generation activities and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team. Monitor the conversion of leads into sales opportunities. ~Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized service. ~Negotiation & Deal Closure : Handle high-value and complex negotiations and ensure successful deal closures with clients. ~Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to adapt the sales strategy accordingly. ~Sales Reporting & Analysis : Monitor, track, and analyze sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior management. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market conditions. ~Training & Development : Train and develop the sales team by providing ongoing coaching, skill development, and industry insights to improve overall performance. ~Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, and to optimize the customer journey. ~ Property Presentations : Conduct property site visits, provide detailed information about properties, and address customer queries. ~ Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
