Sales Manager (Real Estate)

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role will involve attending walking clients and brokers, giving presentations, and showing sample flats while explaining the entire project. You will provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Your responsibility will also include encouraging and convincing clients for our project, maintaining data and reports of site visits in Excel, and following up with clients regarding their decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Attend walking clients and brokers - Give presentations and show sample flats - Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers - Encourage and convince clients for the project - Maintain data and reports of site visits in Excel - Follow up with clients regarding their decisions - Meet with clients and maintain client relationships - Attend CP meetings and industry events - Ensure constantly improving relationship experience with channel partners for proper Lead Management and Follow-ups - Stay informed on the real estate industry - Develop quotes and proposals - Help the team reach targets - Experience of sales and closing deals - Manage the site and handle clients Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales - Location: Matunga/Mulund/Ghatkopar/Vikroli - Job Type: Full-time Additionally, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement.
