About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, an excellent sales track record, and the ability to drive high-value property sales while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and corporate clients.
• Drive site visits, property promotions, and client presentations.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4–6years) in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
