  • Open Positions :

    - Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive - 20 , Team Leader (TL) - 5
  • Experience :-

    Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive – 6 months to 1 year of experience in residential real estate.
  • Team Leader (TL)

    – 2 to 3 years of residential real estate experience with proven team handling capabilities.


Responsibilities

Executives / Sr. Executives:

  • Manage client interactions, site visits, and property showings.
  • Negotiate and close deals in the residential real estate market.
  • Work with the team leader to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Team Leaders:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 4–5 executives.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Handle high-value negotiations with HNI clients.
  • Track performance metrics and provide training to team members.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations for smooth execution.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in residential real estate is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • For TL role – proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (Marathi preferred for Pune).
  • Own bike/car with valid license for client visits.
  • Target-driven, motivated, and customer-focused.
