Job Overview

IA Wealth is seeking a Sales Manager to drive direct customer engagement and conversions in the real estate sector. This role involves proactive client outreach, conducting meetings and site visits, and closing high-value deals. We’re looking for target-driven professionals with strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Source, generate, and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and channel partners.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Organize and conduct site visits, open houses, and promotional events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from first contact to deal closure.
• Deliver an excellent client experience to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (advantage in Noida market).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
