Job Title:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
direct sales
through self-generated leads and walk-ins
Recruit, onboard, and manage Channel Partners / Brokers
Set and manage
sales target projections
on a monthly and quarterly basis
Generate business through
own sales efforts
as well as through broker channels
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure steady sales flow
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and projection reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth deal closures

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in
real estate Land

Plot selling
Strong network of brokers and channel partners (preferred) through whom he/ she can sale the products.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven with the ability to work independently
Good understanding of local and regional real estate markets
