Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    direct sales

    through self-generated leads and walk-ins
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Channel Partners / Brokers

  • Set and manage

    sales target projections

    on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Generate business through

    own sales efforts

    as well as through broker channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure steady sales flow
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and projection reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth deal closures

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    real estate Land

    Plot selling

  • Strong network of brokers and channel partners (preferred) through whom he/ she can sale the products.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of local and regional real estate markets
