Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our real estate sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating sales and expanding the client base. Your strong background in real estate sales, coupled with leadership skills, will be pivotal in maintaining client relationships and achieving company targets. Your key responsibilities will include executing sales plans to meet targets, identifying new business opportunities, and staying ahead in the industry by monitoring market trends and competitor activities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, channels, and customers, overseeing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while handling escalations when necessary. Utilizing digital and traditional marketing strategies to generate leads will also be a part of your role, in addition to performing sales analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve sales efficiency. Your Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate, will be essential for this position. Your strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, and knowledge of real estate and market trends will be assets in this fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
