Job Description

Key responsibilities

Sales Operations
: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction
: Respond to customer inquiries, build rapport, and understand their needs.
Lead Generation
: Actively seek out new business opportunities and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
Quoting and Negotiation
: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Client Management
: Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage all negotiation and sales records.
Reporting
: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and coordinate efforts with marketing programs.
Payment Collection
: Ensure deposits and final payments are collected according to the terms of the sale.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience
: Minimum 5 years of sales experience is often required, with experience in aluminum extrusion or related industries being a strong advantage.
Education
: A degree or diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Sales Acumen
: A deep understanding of the sales process, dynamics, and closing techniques.
Communication
: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for presentations, negotiations, and client management.
Technical Knowledge
: Familiarity with aluminum profile types (e.g., 6061, 6063), finishes (anodized, powder-coated), and their applications in construction, manufacturing, and transportation is beneficial.
Software proficiency
: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is often required.
