We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Head with a minimum of 15 years of experience in government, institutional, and project sales. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading, training, and developing the sales team to achieve targeted revenue and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in B2C sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in high-stakes project sales within government and institutional markets. Preferred candidate profile Leadership & Team Development: Oversee, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop team capabilities through strategic training, performance evaluation, and continuous feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability within the sales team. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on government, institutional, and project sales. Identify new opportunities within targeted sectors, such as defense, railways, energy, and other government bodies. Drive revenue growth by building long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing project lifecycles from acquisition to delivery. Skills And Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of project sales, from planning to execution. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
