We are hiring an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to lead and expand our sales for Electrochlorination Systems and Water Disinfection Solutions . The candidate will focus on developing business with municipal bodies, EPC contractors, PHEDs, and industrial clients , ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth in assigned regions. Role & responsibilities Drive sales of Electrochlorinators , Sodium Hypochlorite Generators , and Chlorine Dosing Systems . Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the municipal, industrial, and EPC sectors . Engage with municipal corporations , public health departments , and utilities to pitch and close technical solutions. Handle the full tendering process from document preparation to submission and negotiation. Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for proposal development and solution customization. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners , consultants , and project influencers . Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates in the water disinfection domain . Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs . Conduct regular site visits and attend client meetings, requiring extensive travel in the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in selling technical solutions in the Water Treatment / Environmental sector . Strong understanding of: Electrochlorination Systems On-site Chlorine Generation Sodium Hypochlorite Generation Water Disinfection Systems Familiarity with government tenders , EPC project sales , and municipal water systems . Excellent communication, client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
