About the Role

Pro-Careers Consulting is hiring for our luxury hospitality client, a rapidly growing chain of luxury resorts and wellness retreats.

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through
corporate sales, MICE, travel trade, and group bookings
.
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agencies.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in Bangalore and other regions.
Ensure timely payment collections and smooth partner coordination.
Establish the brand as a leader in
luxury resorts and wellness hospitality
.
Handle client requirements, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of sales experience in
hotel / hospitality industry
(corporate sales / MICE preferred).
Excellent client engagement and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Qualification

Any Graduate
Preferred:
BHM / B.Sc. Hotel Management / Diploma in Hospitality Management / MBA (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality)
