We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience in corporate sales within the food industry and/or kitchen appliances sector. The candidate must have an existing lead database and strong professional network in Delhi NCR. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic selling ability, and the capacity to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Leverage an existing lead database and professional network within Delhi NCR to generate new business opportunities.
Drive corporate sales for food industry products and kitchen appliances, with a focus on large-scale clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate houses, catering companies, and institutional clients.
Maintain and grow business with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Track and report sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Education: Graduate in Sales/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in corporate sales, preferably in food industry or kitchen appliances.
Network: Must have an existing lead database & strong corporate network in Delhi NCR (mandatory).
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Background Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Compass, Sodexo, Alero, GoKhana, HungerBox, or similar organizations will be given preference.
