We're Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (3–5 Years Experience)

We are a growing firm offering professional solutions in Auditing and Taxation services. With a strong client base across industries, we pride ourselves on quality delivery, personalized service, and long-term partnerships. We are now expanding our client acquisition efforts and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, and building lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate should be passionate about consultative selling and be able to confidently communicate our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and field visits
  • Follow up on incoming leads, qualify prospects, and close deals
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant service packages
  • Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of sales activities
  • Attend client meetings, either virtual or in-person, as needed
  • Meet monthly sales targets and work with the marketing team to optimize lead flow
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale client relationships for upselling and retention

Qualifications & Skillset

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a service-based or B2B company
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting
  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Ability to understand and explain technical service offerings in simple terms
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Strong verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
  • Background in working with startups, SMEs, or digital-first clients
