Attending 5 to 8 Customers and generating minimum 2 prospects on daily basis.
Achieving sales targets.
Conduct regular training and workshops for PCHFL staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Bachelors degree. 1-3 years of experience in sales, (Fresher’s will also be considered with good communication skills and zeal to achieve attitude).
