Sales manager- Pharma Machinery industry

As a Sales and Business Development professional in the Pharmaceutical Machinery sector, your role will involve driving sales efforts for Tablet Press Machinery, Granulation Line, and Blister Packing Machinery. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. - Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing pharmaceutical clients. - Demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of Tablet Press Machines, Granulation Line Equipment, and Blister Packing Machines to effectively present solutions to customers. - Collaborating with internal engineering, service, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends. - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review. - Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer demonstrations. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically in the pharma machinery industry. - Strong technical understanding of tablet compression, granulation, and packaging processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
