Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharma companies (R&D,
Purchase, Tech Transfer, Manufacturing).
Promote Monachems pharma intermediates and technology-driven solutions.
Actively visit clients across India (5060% travel expected).
Identify new opportunities, generate inquiries, and convert them into orders.
Provide techno-commercial support to clients in coordination with internal teams.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients.
Track competitor activities and market trends in pharma intermediates.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to domestic business expansion.
Key Requirements:
Education
: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry/Pharma) or B. Pharm. MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.Experience: 8 - 15 years in B2B sales of pharma intermediates, APIs, or excipients.
Skills & Strengths:
1. Excellent relationship-building and networking ability.2. Strong techno-commercial knowledge of pharma intermediates.3. Computer savvy proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), email, CRM tools.4. Ability to prepare & deliver effective presentations.5. Entrepreneurial mind set with persistence to drive sales in a competitive market.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to travel extensively and work independently
