Job Description

We are looking a passionate & result oriented candidate for the Sales Manager position with 2 yrs experience in Bank/NBFC .Location : Bhuj ,Gujarat

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Personal Loans, based in Bhuj. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of personal loan products by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. The individual will monitor and achieve sales targets while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Coaching and managing a sales team, as well as maintaining updated knowledge about the products, will also be essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial products, particularly in personal loans, lending, and financial advisory services.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle sales pipelines and reporting efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
