Sales Manager - PEB Industry (Female)

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth by leading a team of sales professionals and implementing effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Leading a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. - Fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the sales team. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, by understanding market trends and customer needs. - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. You will also be tasked with: - Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts and high-value clients. - Ensuring a deep understanding of client requirements and proactively offering PEB solutions to meet their needs. - Resolving client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Furthermore, your role will involve: - Preparing and reviewing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in collaboration with the technical and operations teams. - Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs regularly. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
