Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Partner Sales located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, achieving sales targets, identifying new partner opportunities, and providing training and support to partners. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to analyze sales data, create reports, and develop strategies to increase partner sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and partner relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with training and supporting sales partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
