Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing dealer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to conduct market research, create sales reports, and provide feedback to senior management. Daily tasks will also include monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in the finance or investment industry is an advantage
