Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will drive sales growth, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance market presence. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and provide leadership and training to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be responsible for selling the full range of Analytical Instruments, scientific and Laboratory instruments handled by the company.
• Customer visits for prospects generation in assigned territory
• Selling products through establishing contacts and developing relations with prospects
• Technical knowledge of related products
• Commercial negotiations
• Achieving sales targets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by internal co-ordination with service and/or other related departments.
• Experience in Sample preparation equipment & Furnaces is added an advantage.
