Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth customer experiences.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting jewellery based on preferences and budget.
Monitor inventory, coordinate with the stock team, and ensure proper display of jewellery items.
Handle high-value transactions with integrity and accuracy.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.
Stay updated with current jewellery trends, designs, and competitor offerings.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in jewellery retail sales / luxury retail sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones.
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS/CRM software.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
