Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and campus placements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with relevant departments. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding processes. Maintain a talent pool and keep track of recruitment metrics and reports. Payroll & Compensation: Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant data for payroll processing.
